If you detect a defect on your BERG product, it doesn't function perfectly or it is damaged, the specialists from our repair service team come into play.
Send the defective product with your delivery note, your contact information and a short description of the damage to the following service address:

After receipt of the defective product, we will give you a cost estimate as quickly as possible.
The defective product will be repaired as soon as we receive your approval. The repair scope includes the replacement of all wear parts and a subsequent function test. Of course we will give full warranty on all repaired components.
If a repair would be too expensive to be economical, we will send you the parts dismantled after prior consultation and for a fee to cover our expenses. Scrapping of the product at Berg & Co. is free of charge.
After successful repair of the product or individual components, will we return your product for reassembly as quickly as possible. We will stay in contact with you to ensure that the repair process was successful.
